Varietals
1999
Chardonnay
- Sanel Valley Vineyards organic grown fruit, barrel fermented.
Aged 8 months on used French Oak. Crisp apple and pear flavors
layered on soft, buttery undertones with subtle tropical fruit
finish. $18
Sunshine
- tastes like a Gewurztraminer but easier to say! A crisp, sweet
wine with grapefruit and pineapple flavors. Perfect for a summer
picnic! 2% residual sugar. A blend of French Colombard, Chardonnay
and Muscat. Serve ice cold. $9

Red Varietals
1997
Echo
- Bordeaux Blend of 50% Cabernet, 29% Merlot and 21% Petit Verdot.
Lush, full black cherry finishing with a hint of anise on understated
oak. $28

Sanel
- Bordeaux Blend of 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot. Powerful black
cherry and tobacco flavors waiting to explode through the layers
of soft tannins just barely containing them. $38
1998
Cabernet Sauvignon
- Sanel Valley Vineyards. Organically grown fruit. Three years
in French oak. Rich, lush cherries, blackberries and tobacco with
tannins that will allow it to lay down for a few years. Give this
wine a few minutes to open up in the glass for the fullest rich
flavor. Silver Medal Winner $21
1999
Zinfandel
- Sanel Valley Vineyards. Organic grown fruit on 40 year old,
dry farmed vines. Mouth filling zest, fresh raspberry juice set
off with a dash of light and lively pepper. A classic Zin! $15

Petit Verdot
- Bells Echo Vineyards. A Bordeaux varietal not often seen on
the market. Deep garnet color, plum and violet aromas. Soft and
smooth black currant with a typical herb and spice finish. Soft,
toasty oak on the finish. Aged three years on French oak. Three
medals in 2003: Silver - California State Fair, Bronze - San Francisco
International Wine Competition, Bronze - Mendocino Wine Competition

2000
Cabernet Sauvignon
- Mendocino County. Hilltop fruit produced an intense and inky
Cabernet. Big explosion of robust cherry and chocolate on soft
oak. Huge tannins will allow this wine to lay down for several
years. Will age beautifully. A big wine. Two Medals in 2003: Silver
- Mendocino Wine Competition, Bronze - California State Fair $28
Recall
Red
- Red Table Wine - A blend of Mendocino Zinfandel, Cabernet, Carignan,
Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah and Merlot. Pick out the flavors of
the six different varietals. Bold black currant of the Cabernet.
Pepper and berry from the Petite Sirah and Zin. Herbaceous Petit
Verdot. A flood of cherry from the Merlot gently covers the subtle
